Anilox Rollers

Anilox Rollers are essential components in Flexo Printing, Carton Printing and Coating. Anilox Rollers are precision engraved rollers, designed and manufactured to apply exact volume of ink / coating, cooperating with doctor blade chamber, to printing plates. Compared with traditional Machine Engraved Chrome Coated Anilox Rollers, Laser Engraved Ceramic Anilox Rollers have significant advantages of accuracy and durability.

Applications:
In Flexo Printing, when press speed ranges from 80m/min to 200/min, screen count of Anilox Roller ranges from 150 LPI to 1000 LPI;

In Folding Carton, screen count generally ranges from 180 LPI to 400 LPI, ink volume is between 5 BCM to 11 BCM.

Coating on paper, synthetic material, metal sheets, etc, screen count ranges from 60 LPI to 600 LPI and higher volume of ink transfer is required.
